Childcare Assistance

To receive tuition assistance, parents complete an application giving financial and child-related reasons the child will benefit from a scholarship. After a phone interview and a home visit, the committee often awards a daycare, a preschool, a before- or after-school care, or a camp scholarship.

To apply, click the link below and fill out the form in its entirety. You will have the option to submit the application via email where it will be reviewed by a qualified volunteer. You may apply if financial assistance is needed for child tuition and if the child lives in Cary, Morrisville, or southwest Wake County towns in the Dorcas Ministries service area.

A volunteer committee administers the Dorcas Ministries program. The committee works within a Dorcas Ministries budget set by the Board of Directors. Committee members individually and prayerfully consider the need and amount of financial help for each family. The safety, welfare, and future educational growth of the child involved is the committee's priority.
